Effective soon, the dial-up access number will change within the next two weeks. The good news is that you can dial one number Australia wide.
It will affect the following: Your account information, webmail and hosting. Please read through the information and take note of what applies you.

To access some basic information on the various URL's used to access Custdata, Webmail, and details for customers to manage their own website.

Customers login with their username/password and can view their balance, billing history, usage etc.
Subject: Webmail

Username and password is the same as for their dialin account.
Mail sent out via this webmail interface will have the domain of clearcentral.com.au.
Subject: WWW Hosting

Users that have a web site hosted can upload files by ftp to www.theirwebsite.com.au and authenticating with their username and password.
Once logged in, a subfolder will exist for that particular web site (e.g ftp://www.theirwebsite.com.au/www.theirwebsite.com.au/). The reason for this is this particular site might have multiple websites so a subfolder per website will exist.
